As I search inside myself to find myself I came to feel.

The essence of One-self in heaven’s grasp, could this be real?

I sit alone and go on a mind quest.

Legs crossed, knees turned arm-rest.

I hold that pose until my palms sweat.

Until I’m in tune with the symbiotic vibrational frequencies,

of all the oceans as the sun sets.

The birthing Earth,

the watchful stars,

the milky-ways and the loving sun.

Align with me and I with them.

They’re one with me and with them I’m One.

Out of form and without shape,

I cannot tell what’s below and what’s above.

Blinded.

By the dark sight of light,

I was hatefully baptised in the rivers of love.

Quite be the mind,

silence hold the ego.

What should be loud is the higher self within.

For a flickering eye provides all but a mere glimpse of what lies without.

So, Meditate!!

Meditate until you levitate,

you’re a heavyweight don’t let it wait.

Mediate.

Meditate and then be great,

you’ll feel your consciousness gravitate.

Meditate.
